Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Reemindy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your Account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Reemindy.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • One account per person. Account sharing is not permitted.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. Subscription & Billing

  • The Free tier is available indefinitely within the limits shown in the app.
  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or semi-annually via Stripe.
  • Pro includes a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no mid-period refunds.
  • Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Reemindy for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt another user's data.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the application or its code.
  • Abuse or overload the platform (e.g., automated scraping, spam).
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create inside Reemindy (tasks, notes, bills, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service. We do not share or sell your personal content to third parties.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modify features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime or significant changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Reemindy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email. Continued use of Reemindy after changes constitutes acceptance.
